That’s why, in July 2025, we launched a new service anniversary recognition program. It highlights key milestones in each employee’s career—starting as early as their first year with us.
Each person being recognized receives an email invitation to select a gift from a curated list of products and experiences, most of which are from local businesses. This reflects our values: as a Quebec-based company, we believe in supporting our fellow local entrepreneurs and helping to strengthen the local economy.
To ensure a simple, fair, and sustainable experience, we partnered with Altrum, a recognition expert. Their online platform helps us streamline the process, minimize the risk of human error or oversight, and reduce the internal workload—making it a solution that grows with us.
