After-Sales Service Representative

As an After-Sales Service Representative, you provide high-quality support to our clients. You have strong communication skills and are known for your attentiveness and organizational abilities.

• Respond to service calls and follow up on client contracts

• Ensure proper tracking of technician maintenance (or visit) reports

• Follow up on claims and update client records

• Take necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction and promote services

• Have one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, ideally
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in spoken and written French
• Have intermediate English skills, sufficient to communicate with English-speaking clients and partners
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Be fluent in French
• This is an on-site position (in-person work environment)
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrate strong analytical and reasoning abilities
• Be known for reliability

• Show resourcefulness, initiative, and autonomy
• Demonstrate good stress management skills

• Permanent, full-time position

• Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday
