Engineering Project Manager

The Engineering Project Manager will join the engineering team and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising engineering projects from design to completion. Acting as the primary point of contact both internally and externally, this person ensures compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Your Future Role

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all stages of commercial and municipal projects, from detailed design to on-site installation;
  • Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, quality requirements, and technical specifications;
  • Work closely with the engineering, procurement, production, quality, installation, and service teams;
  • Manage subcontractors involved in the various phases of the project;
  • Coordinate the preparation, updating, and delivery of project documentation;
  • Review proposals, plans, specifications, and other technical deliverables to ensure contractual compliance;
  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients and external stakeholders regarding project execution;
  • Manage technical changes throughout the project;
  • Contribute to product development and continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
  • Proven experience as a project manager;
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (asset);
  • Experience in water treatment (asset);
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Collaborative mindset;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Autonomy, rigor, and initiative;
  • Analytical thinking and practical mindset;
  • Positive and proactive attitude;
  • Customer service–oriented.
