Senior Accounting Technician

- Full-time | Permanent position

As an Accounting Technician, you will play a key role in the organization’s financial management. You have strong technical accounting skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to take on challenging projects, particularly those related to the evolution of our technology platform. Known for your analytical mindset and attention to detail, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.

Your Future Role

  • Soutenir l’équipe de comptabilité dans le traitement des opérations courantes et autres ;
  • Contribuer à la préparation des fermetures de fin de périodes : révision et analyse ;
  • Participer à la préparation et à l’analyse des états financiers mensuels internes consolidés et non consolidés ;
  • Collaborer à la préparation des dossiers de fin d’exercice ;
  • Préparer et vérifier des rapports d’analyse financière ;
  • Prendre part à des mandats ponctuels et offrir un soutien comptable aux différents départements ;
  • Collaborer à l’établissement de méthodes de travail efficaces et efficientes ;
  • Participer à l’amélioration et au maintien des processus de contrôle interne ;
  • Jouer un rôle central comme utilisateur clé dans l’évolution et l’amélioration continue du système de gestion intégré (ERP) ;
  • Réaliser diverses autres tâches.

Skills

  • Hold a technical diploma in accounting or a DEC/Bachelor’s degree in accounting sciences

  • Have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience

  • Have experience in team management

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in financial tools (e.g., budgeting, ratios, cash management)

  • Possess intermediate-level English skills

  • Have solid knowledge of consolidation principles, exports, foreign currencies, and work-in-progress accounting

  • Be comfortable using Microsoft 365 and other IT tools
